I started joined at contact centers industry in Indonesia at 2017. Firstly, I joined as an agent of inbound call center which is part of Telecommunication. Secondly, I joined in on the contact center of Banking and I started as an agent inbound too. But only 2 months needed, I was to be a Team Leader. Then I moved to others project of contact centre industries and I started as Team Leader too. But it was the worst experienced I ever had, because of pandemic Covid 19, I got fired. In other hand, now I joined in marketplace industries which is part of the contact center too in Indonesia as Supervisor Operational.
