I would like to optimize agent retainment, upskilling, and mentorship as far as motivating agents to apply themselves, be eager to learn new things, be helpful, customer-centric, yearn to achieve more than just being an agent, and to aspire to get to the top by exposing them to different platforms, departments, and learning material to climb higher up the market food chain. I believe this approach can also inspire creative ideas within the business and/or within their personal lives.
