I am an accomplished Client Relations Executive with over ten years’ experience across multiple industries. With extensive exposure to Aviation, Energy, Telecommunications, Retail and the Utility sectors within BPO. I spent several years in the UK where I gained valuable international experience. With local and International exposure within the BPO market, this has given me a keen insight to methodologies and trends.I am interested in digital markets and online marketing avenues. My roles all intermix with marketing strategies and a lot of my role revolves around customer experience and understanding the customer journey. My job portfolio within WNS have required me to wear a different hat, which makes each day entertaining.
