It's challenging and exciting at the same time, to be able to sustain success in all aspects of my life. Being a mother, a wife and a business leader has broaden my perspective and has enabled me to challenge the status quo and influence my directs and my peers to aspire for greatness and embrace change. I am an advocate of my people, optimizing their innate strengths and driving them to become more than they realized. On a personal note, I found that physical activities (no, not sports or hiking, sorry!) like cleaning and organizing, rejuvenates me from the challenges and stressful nature of my work.
