Lets me introduce myself first, my name is Jeswita and now I'm working in Tokopedia as Team Leader Quality Assurance Operational. I interest in operations and I want to learn more about customer care. Before becoming a QA, I started by becoming a regular CS and afterward was promoted to PIC. Then since February 2019, I was promoted again to Quality Assurance. Being a QA taught me to think fast, be good at analyzing, be good at dividing time, and make me learn to be a good trainer. Apart from evaluating CS answers, I am also used to reviewing and coaching CS, which values do not meet the standards yet. As a QA I also make a report every month to see the progress of CS. Now, I am the team leader of the quality control team. Having my team is a new challenge for me and together we must be able to improve the quality of each CS in the company. I want to develop my skills in the operational field and learn more things. I am easy to learn new things, can work in teams and individuals, and have high confidence.
