As an experienced professional with over 15 years of experience in the BPO industry, I have held numerous roles and developed a deep understanding of the sector. I am also a Master Black Belt in Six Sigma methodology. This has allowed me to develop a keen eye for identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions to drive growth and success. One of my other areas of expertise is site build outs onshore and "near shore". I have worked extensively on projects to establish new sites and expand existing ones, bringing a high level of strategic planning and execution to these initiatives.
