I approach sales and business development strategies with innovation and creativity to exceed revenue targets. Currently employed as Enghouse Interactive's Senior Business Development Manager, I'm responsible for selling omni-channel computer software that creates efficiencies and improves customer service, through a communications platform tailored to your business. I recently jumped into the tech/computer software space after 15 years' experience in sales and business development in the tourism industry, progressing from an Overseas Holiday Advisor to a Resort Team Leader in Europe and Business Development Manager for Cruise at the world's largest tour operator, TUI. In April 2017, while at TUI, I was approached for the Business Development Manager role at Intrepid Group, the world's largest adventure travel company, covering the south U.K. and Ireland region. After growing that region by 42% YoY, I was approached to tackle an innovative role in Intrepid Group's business, leading with a relationship-first approach to sales and strategic management of partner growth strategies. In my first year, sales grew by 66% in the U.S. and Canadian sales were up 56%, while I brought on multiple new partners in the online travel space. With all this experience, I've learned that both collaboration and innovation are imperative to business success, which I use in all business ventures.
