I have been an employee of Close Premium Finance since October 2008. I started in the personal lines client team contact centre dealing with every day queries to do with clients' agreements, after 6 months I was then promoted to the personal lines broker team. Since May 2010 I have been training new starters brought into the business and provided refresher training through Operations. I assist the Operations Trainer with training tasks and also go above and beyond with any additional work that is asked of me by my manager. I also provide additional training such as broker team training and also the Key Accounts team. I take great pride in my training and feel very passionate about my work.
I have a friendly attitude to all team members throughout the company. I get along with the entire team.
I help organise and take part in training workshops across the company and put myself forward for any development training I believe I need.
I am very approachable by all staff members and if any questions need answering I am always available to assist.
