About Me, My Hobbies & Interests!

Ø  Khalid Ali EL Nahtawy Graduated from Faculty of Education, Ain Shams University English section in 2003 with a good grade.   Ø  I started my professional career as an English teacher for Students in the primary, preparatory and Secondary schools for a while till I moved my career to call centering and customer service career.   Ø  I started Working in the Field of CS, Call centering and Telesales for more than 11 Years till now in two multinational companies (RCC and Etisalat Misr).   Ø  I started working as a customer service representative then got promoted to be a team leader, account manager in RCC (Raya Contact center) and then I moved to Etisalat Misr as a supervisor in the customer care department.   Ø  I gained a very good experience during those years in Soft skills, customer service; call centering, telesales, employee Leadership and management skills trainings.   Ø  I participated in many trainings that covers above mentioned subjects for my Subordinates while working in both companies.   Ø  I am also working now as a free lancing trainer for above mentioned subjects with more than 2880 training hours for call centering and Soft skills trainings and almost 3192 hours for middle management trainings     Ø  Training programmers delivered :   ·         MCIT scholarship in coordination with YAT learning center for call centers   Velsoft   1- Effective Business Writing Skills 2- Communication Strategies 3- Basic Sales Skills - Selling Smarter 4- Telesales - Using the Telephone as a Sales Tool   CCLS – Call Centers Learning Solutions   1- What you Need to Know about the call center amd WFM terminology 2- Managing Personal Performance and Development 3- ADD ON, Cross Selling and Up-Selling Skills 4- Customer Care and Call Handling Skills 5- Dealing With Difficult Customers and Situations 6- Value Selling Skills for Inbound Call Center Agents 7- Value Selling Skills for Outbound Call Center Agents 8- Handling Change and Stress for Call Center Agents
