In my current position as Team Lead Supervisor at CGS, Inc. (outsourcing call center), I oversee two accounts with 18-19 direct reports. I meet and communicate directly with both clients (IBM-SMB & ITG Brands). I have strong communication skills which assisted me in boosting employee morale and decreased the attrition rate in both accounts. I form data reports, address trending issues/concerns with the clients, and schedule staffing needs in both accounts. Prior to my work at CGS, I worked for more than 10 plus years as an Outreach Director, Supervisor of Training, Community Program Coordinator, and served as an Administrative Assistant to the Executive Director for The Cypress Initiative (Center for Well-Being) a Non-Profit Organization. I managed more than 10-programs in 8-different facilities, supervised and motivated 2-3 dozen volunteers and independent contractors. I was responsible for recruiting new programs to new facilities, scheduling trainings, coordinating volunteers, cumulating and comprising data for grant sponsors and organizational needs, as well as, research and apply for new funding/grant opportunities to support the programs. I work well on a team or independently. I am goal focused and thrive under pressure. I am an amazing leader with the gift of connecting well with others on a deep level. My areas of experience include, but are not limited to: public speaking, client presentation, training, program development, outreach, grant writing/research, marketing/sales, customer service, networking, office administrator (skilled in Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, etc.). I am completely open to trying new ideas, learning new skills, and will prove to be an asset to your company.
