I am currently working as a Call center sales manager to over 70 sales and retention agents. I am driven and have the ability to drive a call center forward and add value to its operations. I am very experienced in successfully managing, mentoring, coaching and leading a call center team. I have superb caller engagement skills, and fully understand the value of superior customer care. Possessing excellent communication means I am more than able to relay clear and concise performance goals and expectations to staff and management teams. My approach is always professional, clear and direct, and my greatest strengths are the ability to collate, analyse and interpret statistical information. I hold an RE 1 certificate and have obtained over 90 FAIS credits.
