In my career experience I have established myself to be an advantage in my capacity as a team player as well as an extremely competent manager. I’ve been in the Call Centre industry since 1998, starting as an agent taking calls and growing into a senior management role.
In my current role as an MI Business analyst, I have successfully implemented & maintained meaningful client & internal reporting and analytics, which enables business improvement. I believe that in order to achieve success, there should be teamwork, respect and the basics should be understood and done correctly.
My responsibility in my chosen field is to provide an excellent service to all clients by ensuring that their needs are first met and then exceeded. I can successfully adjust to any dynamic, ever-changing environment and this enables me to work in a multi-cultural setting. I am ambitious, dedicated, accountable and meticulous & also work well under pressure.
