Lisa is the Director – Programs and Education at Manitoba Customer Contact Association. She has been with MCCA for 7 years. With a long career in various sectors from retail, financial, to insurance, to hospitality, to the contact centre industry; Lisa has always worked in customer facing roles striving to enhance the definition of customer service. Customer service in her mind is a profession and not just a job! One of Lisa’s goals is to work towards helping create a more diverse and inclusive workforce!
