I started working within the contact centre industry since (2008) as a tele-marketing agent then branched to the sales division and now (2017) employed in the customer service department at Mulitichoice as a (CSR). I have a passion for communication and possess powerful personal skills which has enabled me to become a people's person. I am also currently studying my Masters Degree in Contact Centre Management at the Tshwane University of Technology (Pretoria Campus).
