Ludy Reyna has over 25 years of progressive Contact Center industry experience and currently holds the position of Deputy COO, Customer Care at Rail Europe, Inc. Before being promoted to Deputy COO in January 2015, she held various positions at Rail Europe that always included customer facing and support roles.
