Luis A. Marrero, M.A., RODP, LLP, is the founder and CEO of the Boston Institute for Meaningful Purpose, and Deputy Chairman of the Board of the International Network on Personal Meaning (INPM). Luis is the pioneer of Meaningful Purpose Psychology or Logoteleology, as well as Second Wave Organization Development (OD 2.0). He has been an influecing force in the creation of two psychological divisions. The first with INPM as co-founder of the Work and Meaning Division. The second, the Work and Organization Division with the International Positive Psychology Association (IPPA). Luis is also Lead Chair of the Membership and Partnership Commtittee for IPPA's Work and Organization Division. Luis is the author of The Path to a Meaningful Purpose: Psychological Foundations of Logoteleology, and has written and presented papers in professional associations around the world. He has worked for and consulted to Fortune 100 companies including The Disney Company, Shell, BP, Atento, RB, HSBC, Iberdrola de España, and Carcoustics, among many others.
