This is my first experience in contact center industry, I began as an inbound agent Telkom Jakarta Area by March 2010. In June 2011 I was promoted to Quality Assurance Officer (147 call center -which is specialized to provide residential customers-) and in July 2012 I get promote to Telkom 500250 (which is to provide Small medium Enterprice Customers) in same position. And Finally in October 2013 I get promoted as Quality Assurance. Last, I always try to do my best and commitment to provide an excellent work to influence all my agent.
