Mark S. Boehler Sr. Director, Credit Services Policy and Analytics Charter Communications Mark Boehler is the Sr. Director, Credit Services Policy and Analytics for Charter Communications located in Stamford, CT. He joined Time Warner Cable in September, 1986 and has over 20 years of risk management, call center and collections experience. Mark is responsible for accessing risk and serving as an advisor for the operational leaders. He plays a critical role in supporting business partners in making informed, strategic decisions with consideration to risk tolerance. Mark is responsible for monitoring and reporting the results of all collections and compliance related activities that are deployed throughout the enterprise. He has a staff of 45 advanced compliance and analysis team members dedicated to assuring the operation reaches its targets. Throughout his career, Mark has enjoyed success in other positions in Call Center Operations and Network Security Operations prior to his current position in Credit Services and Analytics Operations. Mark was responsible for the implementation of an enterprise-wide software solution that detected and processed collection activity of former account back balances across the enterprise. This program is responsible for attaining over $125M in collected past balances. Mark earned his BA in Political Science from Bethel University, St. Paul, MN and received his Executive MBA from St. Thomas University, Minneapolis, MN. He attained his Master’s degree in Professional Studies (MPS) in Cyber Policy and Risk Analysis, from Utica College in 2017. Mark attended the CTAM Executive Leadership Program at Harvard University School of Business in June 2016. He retains certifications in cyber, phone and fraud disciplines. (CISM, CCSP, CFE) Currently pursuing the CISSP certification designation. As a Charter Communications leader, Mark shares in the commitment of serving our communities. He volunteers with Girls on the Run, the Susan G Komen Race for the Cure, CF Cycle for Life and other local charities throughout the Charlotte and Stamford communities. Mark is a member of class 36 for the prestigious Leadership Charlotte community engagement program in 2014-2015. Mark has been an active member in NAMIC and WICT for many years and was a member of the WICT Leadership Community of Practice program and a member of the Board of Directors for WICT Carolina’s. Mark is an avid cyclist and long distance runner.
