After years of working in corporate, running four small businesses of my own, I entered EC3 on the 1st October 2018. This began a journey in a Contact Centre as an agent and nine months later, I stepped into the role of Team Leader. From my team, I have grown leaders and agents who would become the foundation of other Campaigns. I am a published author, motivational speaker and a spokesperson for equality. My success lies in perseverence, determination and the uncanny ability to prove perceptions wrong.
