I’m a technical analyst of IT Continues Service Improvement for IT Helpdesk Bank Mandiri. My role is to provide, conduct, and improve strategy, method, that is related to people, place, process, and technology in IT Helpdesk or Service Desk. I’ve joined IT Service Desk since August 2012. I was working in Quality performance team, acted to cascade KPI Balance Score Card in IT Operations from 2009 – 2011, control all project based on SDLC. After that I was assigned as a coordinator of EDC project deployment in 2011. I am passionate about developing people, auditing and public speaking for I am a presenter of Bank Mandiri’s Executive Briefing Center. I hope I can give added value to my company, and make good improvement as a supporting unit
