With a career spanning over two decades, I have successfully introduced the first IP Telephony platform in the Dutch market back in 1998, working with Lucent Technologies, Argent Office. Since then, I have been involved in a wide range of projects, catering to companies of all sizes, from small startups to large enterprise organizations. One of my greatest strengths lies in my ability to bridge the gap between technology and business benefits. I excel at translating complex technical concepts into tangible business advantages, aligning them with the specific needs and goals of my clients. My in-depth knowledge and expertise extend across various renowned brands such as AVAYA, Alcatel, Cisco (UCM, Spark, UCCX, UCCE), Genesys, Broadsoft, Mitel, Microsoft Teams, and Unify. In 2009, I ventured into the world of Headsets and Video Conferencing, initially joining Plantronics as a Regional Manager for the Benelux and Nordics regions. Over time, my role expanded to cover the EMEA region, focusing on Strategic Alliances and the enablement of new technologies. Notably, I played a significant role in the introduction of the first SAAS offering for headsets, based on the Plantronics Manager Pro offering.
