I am 28 years old female. Worked for DHL for 4.3 years. Started in marketing department as an intern for 3 month. Joined DHL as a temporary employee in customer service for 2 years. My roles changed withing this period as a customer service advisor, to customer rention and import account desk advisors and to customer service reports assistant to the frontline supervisor. I then became a permanent employee, then 3 months later become a fronline supervisor for 1 year. This put me into direct management of a partially formed call centre. Now currently in training and development of my customer service department as a supervisor.
