I have been working in the contact center industry since 19 years. My career started with a contact center operator :) I held the position of senior shift contact center, led a small operations unit, and also from scratch I organized the activities of a large support center for bank employees. For the last 5 years I have been the Head of Contact Center of the largest bank of Ukraine. (number of more than 2,000 employees). My Motto: Nothing is impossible, the impossible just takes more time.
