Phil Hagen is a high successful sales leader. He is qualified in behavioural science and regularly speaks and trains on the subject of, the successful behavioural character traits of sales professionals and contact centre agents. He has over 35 years of hands-on international sales and contact centre management in the technology sector, having managed many significant sales transformational changes during this period. Following a long career running companies in the global telecom and technology sector, in 2006 Phil became CEO of a global contact centre software developer, were he worked with many contact centres throughout the world to help improve performance. Following the sales of the company, Phil started SalesMatch, where he combined his practical experiences with his behavioural science qualifications. SalesMatch now provides services, and supports companies in the UK, USA, South Africa and Australia.
