I spent 5 years working for 2 major outsourcers in the UK before setting up a consultancy and training company. In 1999 I then set up this company and in 2001 moved from the United Kingdom to Canada
I am very passionate about this industry and love what we do at ContactCenterWorld.com! I have a private pilots licence, am a PADI Master Scuba Diver, love travelling, adventure sports and train in MMA when I can.
