Rana Gujral is an entrepreneur, speaker, and CEO at Behavioral Signals, an enterprise software company that develops AI technology to analyze human behavior from voice data. He founded machine learning SaaS startup TiZE and led TiZE through formative traction until its acquisition by Alchemy. Prior to TiZE, Rana affected the turnaround of Cricut’s EBITDA position by $112MM within a span of 2 years. Cricut (NASDAQ: CRCT) closed its IPO at a $4.4+ billion valuation in March 2021. In addition, Rana held leadership positions at Logitech S.A. and Kronos Inc., where he was responsible for the development of best-in-class products. Rana is an active investor and an advisor to several startups.
