As a Retired Banking Executive, my experience spans over 32+ years in increasingly senior roles within the bank. I have extensive experience in Branch Banking, Customer Contact Centres, Sales & Service, Operations and Non Branch Channels in Canada & Caribbean. I led the transformation of the local Jamaica contact centre into a robust sales and service organization. I was the driving force behind the migration from local Contact Centre to a regional centre of excellence supporting 20 countries in the Caribbean (English & Spanish). While providing memorable service to our customers we also focus on resolving the customer’s need to their satisfaction, and by doing so earning the right to strengthen relationships through tailored offerings. This positively impacts our bottom line and improves the customer experience. For me, the only benchmark of success that counts is a satisfied customer. Outside of banking I enjoy travel and photography.
