I have been working in the contact center industry for over 15 years. My experience ranges from implementing new clients for contact center outsourcing companies, to sales and account management for call recording and workforce management software. My experience in business development and marketing includes tenure with large multi-national organizations as well as entrepreneurial success at the start-up level. An experienced public speaker, I have authored and delivered numerous training courses, workshops, and webcasts. I am an effective communicator, and I’m just as comfortable talking to employees in entry-level positions as I am C-level executives.
