I'm Internal Human Resource Development Staff (HRD), I am responsible for developing the skills, knowledge and attitudes of employees. Because employees with good skills, knowledge and attitudes are the strong foundation of a company. I developed a curriculum based on employee performance evaluations and employee satisfaction surveys with a major accelerated learning curve. The stages of learning curve acceleration start from basic skills, competence, advance and master. At each stage, I determine the soft skills and hard skills that will be given to workers with the aim that employees will have a work orientation as a customer service contact center, be able to convey information and solutions appropriately, be able to selling and good services, able to multitask and multi skill. Not only developing employee skills, knowledge, and attitudes, but I also build a work culture for employee comfort such as employee development programs, engagement programs, retention programs, reward programs, and career paths. The program can build interest, ability motivate employees, maintain mental health and healthy competition for employees in achieving WoW customer experience. Each of these programs is arranged in a calendar of events that we will observe and evaluate regularly so that continuous improvement can be made.
