Started working in Contact Center Industry in the year of 2012. Later on Joined in Genex Infosys Limited who are now the leader of the BPO industry in Bangladesh. I have experience in the field of agent to management and providing Technical solution to in-house and outsource to other industries and also in BPO company. Currently I am working as as Executive in Technology Department for last 2 years. I have experience in Data Center & Windows Server Maintenance, Inventory Management, Vendor Management, AVAYA Call Center Support, Ticketing System and other Open Source systems.
