I am a Senior Manager at Accenture focused on helping Hyper Growth Fintech's transform their businesses and keep up with their amazing growth. I get tremendous satisfaction in seeing the outcomes we deliver for our clients, helping them achieve their goals, and become more productive, agile, and resilient. Prior to my current role, I lead our FS Operations portfolio in the West, supporting clients in Fintech, Banking, Insurance and Capital Markets. Prior to that I spent 25 years leading large BPO operations within the banking and utilities industries. I am a results-driven leader with a long track record of building strong relationships with clients and teams. I love my job and am passionate about helping our clients transform their operations and deliver industry leading customer experiences. I’m a Canadian living with my family in sunny Sacramento. Outside the office you will often find me coated in sunscreen, exploring trails and lakes with my husband Ian, my daughter Sophie, and our 2 rescue dogs Chase and Chloe. I also have a bad Netflix habit and am constantly drawn into binge watching series, late into the night. My daughter is Neuro-diverse, and I lead a Parents Group connecting parents raising neuro-diverse children. We share ideas and experiences, make connections, and empower each other to creatively support our kids as they navigate life and learning while in school. I also volunteer with Junior Achievement each year where I teach Grade 1 classes all about how family members' jobs and businesses contribute to the well-being of the family and the community. Most recently I started volunteering with the Mom Project, coaching stay at home moms who want to return to the workforce, which is something i really enjoy.
