I am Sandy-Lee
Born and bred in the City of Cape Town and living in Durban since 2003.
I started my customer service journey in 2006 with Nedbank Contact Centre, since I have worked face to face as well within the Nedbank branch network where I gained a wealth of knowledge of dealing with Clients end to end in the banking industry.
Nedbank is an awesome company to be part of and I have grown from strength to strength being part of a business that thrives of customer excellence and ethical work practices.
I work well under pressure, I enjoy taking on the challenges that is given to me on a daily basis.
I am a determined individual when it comes to being given a task as I will ensure it is done to the satisfaction every person involved.
Every service related business has its challenges on a daily basis, unfortunately the society we live in is very cut throat and we have to deal with
people everyday of different personalities, opinions, views, ages and all walks of life and if you are not a person who cannot adapt to your
constantly changing enviroments you will not survive.
I like to think of myself as being very diverse, down to earth and tolerant person, it counts in my favour always.
so that is me as a working individual in a nutshell.
