Graduated from the College of Europe of Bruges (Master in European Business Law and Economic Analysis - William Penn promotion), and holding a Master's degree in Law and International Trade, Selim has always practised his expertise in the field of business development.
He began his career as an International Trade Advisor for companies looking for export market shares on the Maghreb and Middle East area.
From 1998, he took part in the development of the customer relationship sector in France, by holding Business Development Director roles for several major market players.
In 2004, he joined WEBHELP, a start-up company created mid 2000, as Business Development Director, in order to develop and promote its services offering.

While accompanying the major industries in their strategies for outsourcing customer relationship management, he acquired an extensive expertise of the strategic, economic and operational challenges and trends of the outsourcing of services, both in inshore and offshore environment.
