My name is Shad Mortazavi and I am the Founder and Managing Director of OpenIQ, a trusted ICT strategic consultancy based in Sydney, Australia. I began my fascination with IT as a young man and followed this through to senior management roles as CIO, Technical Director, Managing Director and Workplace Consultant. Company Details

OpenIQ was founded in 2010. Over the last 10 years OpenIQ has provided Workforce Optimisation to a number of global brands in insurance, banking, retail, leisure and government sectors.

In 2020 OpenIQ has launched its contact centre platform comprising of Cloud based telephony, contact centre, workforce optimisation and analytics delivered from AWS.
