About Me, My Hobbies & Interests!

I started my career with National Bank of Oman back in 2008 when i joined as an Admin Coordinator in a Sales department. As years went by i was blessed with new opportunities within my Bank to manage new & multiple tasks which helped me grow in my career rapidly. Later in the year 2014 i was assigned to manage the Sales Operations of the Sales department with a staff strength of 10 reporting directly to me. Due to my dedication, commitment, hard work and amazing results, the Bank has offered me an amazing chance to take over the Call center in March 2018. In Aug 2018 Telebanking unit was formed which comprises of Inbound, Outbound and VRM teams and was assigned to me directly with staff strength of 55. Currently, i continue enjoying my career in the Bank within the Contact center field which gives me golden chances to learn new & challenging aspects daily and as well keeps me more energetic and constructive as a Leader to my team and a dedicated employee to my Organization
