My name is Sibusiso Ndaba I am currently employed as a Customer Care Manager in the Multichoice Inbound Contact Centre. I’ve been working for the company for 8 years and I have about 13 years of customer service experience. I have a qualification in media practices and have a stong instinct & interest for entertainment and digital media. I guess that's why I’m in the Pay -TV industry. I'm a perfectionist at heart and I often like to think of myself as a problem solver . A skill that has helped me tremendously in my career as a Team Leader. I work well in a team and I thrive under pressure. On the personal front I enjoy spending time with my family and i'm quite a soccer fanatic. I enjoy the outdoors and would like to travel more if given the opportunity to do so. It gives me impetus to work towards excellence and to always try and achieve one's goals . One thing I firmly believe in is that you should always try to strive towards individual betterment, in whichever form it may be. Also that a person should never limit themselves due to circumstances or the current situation. I believe in the power of prayer , hard work and determination. Experience has taught me that in life anything is possible, that you are only as good as the people you surround yourself with and that a true leader always sets an example he /she does not tell you what to do but instead shows you how to do it.
