Global Head of Service Operations within the Financial and Risk business unit of Thomson Reuters with responsibility for all aspects of service supporting the front line operation with major focus on large strategic change management programmes, key operational improvement projects, reporting, global process and tools, performance management and business planning to name a few.
Previous responsibilities include:
1. Programme Management responsibility for creation of green field global English helpdesk centre of 500 staff
2. Management of front line language centres globally
3. Manager of UKI Helpdesk and parts of Europe
