My experience started from April 2014 is 11 month as telesales or outbond agent at TAM DBS TELKOM INDONESIA. My responsibility is achieving the target of my company and maintaining good relation with business customers. Do profilling dan handling customers complaint. 2013 I work at TELKOMVISION as Account Executive. My responsibility is building market , maintaining good relations between company with partners and customers, as well as keeping the achievement of sales targets. 2010 I work at POTS Telkom as an agent inbound and specialized in retention and the increasing of use of telephony products.
