I have seven years of experience working in Contact Center. I started in November 2006 as an Agent. My dedication, curiosity and professionalism converged, in June 2007, in a promotion to Inbound team leader. With great satisfaction and enthusiasm I grab this opportunity with all my strength. This effort allowed me to maintain a steady growth in my career and in March 2009 I got the chance to experience the Telemarketing area as a Supervisor. After more than two years in sales I got another challenge proposal (in September 2011). Since then, until today, I lead an Inbound team as a Supervisor. I am well known for my professionalism, enthusiasm, high levels of motivation, continuous mind set improvement, positivism and all of these have been recognized by team members, top management at Montepio and Client satisfaction levels.
