We are the only central point telephone contact providing support for banking enquiries both Retail and Commercial, customer request, account maintenance, complaint resolution and other services related to banking process. We are responsible for the daily operation and management enquiries from customers and ensure that they are well managed and resolved in a timely manner within our service level agreement, meeting and exceeding customers' expectations and satisfactions.
