As part of the Resource Center team at Missoula Aging Services, Theresa Ragsdale manages the day-to-day operations of the MAS Call Center, which fields and directs calls for individuals and families seeking community resources and information, Medicare counseling, and more. She is a certified Ombudsman, Resource Specialist, State Health Insurance Program (SHIP) Counselor, and Information & Referral Specialist in Aging & Disability (CIRS-A/D).
