I am an easy going guy who loves to play softball, basketball, volleyball and golf, then the tiger come out of me. I like to watch football, hockey and just about anything that's competitive. I am married to a beautiful lady and have five wonderful daughters. We moved here to Tennessee from Michigan in order to stay with the company which I started with when it was called Maycor; that was before it was changed to Maytag. It is a move that we do not regret. I started out with Maycor in 1990. My positions consisted of shipping and receiving, parts department, customer service rep, dispatcher and technician. I volunteered to move from technician back to dispatching and managed 60 technicians from four states as well as two other dispatchers when Maytag was acquired by Whirlpool. Maytag closed down and I was asked to move to Cleveland, TN around 2004 to continue the roll as dispatcher. When the dispatcher role was dissolved by Whirlpool I was moved to a post buy customer service rep. I now proudly work on our luxury brand team, JennAir.
