Who are our members'?

Why do we split our editions into different regions?
The Contact Center World is huge. We have a global footprint and to help companies market cost effectively we need to offer regional options as well as global options. It also means if your focus is in say just the North American market, you won't be wasting money promoting services to those outside of your market! 


Can I do target emails by region/country?
Yes, we offer several different programs - check the Emails tab


Do you offer testing of newsletters?
We test every newsletter for clients - we send you a sample for approval. 


What results can I expect?
That's a really hard question - there are so many marketing variables and anyone who guarantees results may be seriously misleading you! We work with clients and recommend options - sometimes we even recommend clients do not do what they first wanted to, even if we lose revenue in the process - integrity is everything!


How many categories do you have for listings?
Well over 50 - and we can always add new ones!
