Contact Center Exchange Program
Welcome to our new Contact Center Exchange Program.
We will eventually offer 2 programs to those interested in sharing best practices: (1) to enable professionals to visit centers and, (2) for centers to exchange staff for a short duration. The aim of the programs in all cases is to share and grow expertise in best practices.
Visit a Contact Center (Available now!)
Professionals interested in visiting centers will be able to search a global register of centers and filter down to type and location. The program will allow these professionals to reach out to contact centers of interest and initiate a discussion. It will be down to the contact center to approve or deny the request. The advantage of this program is that we are bringing together many best in class centers and enabling contact center professionals access to them in a controlled manner.
1. Any center that is an inhouse center can participate as a potential center for visits. All outsourced centers must be current Corporate Members of ContactCenterWorld.com to be elligible.
2. Only current Corporate Members of ContactCenterWorld.com can search for centers - all others attempting a search will find no results
To participate in the program as a potential center who is willing to allow visitors, please select the link below titled Register a New Contact Center
Exchange Staff (coming soon)
This program will allow contact centers to exchange staff between their center and other centers all around the World. For example a center may have a workforce planner who wants to get experience of other centers and rather than leave their employer, they can register to be part of the program and participate in a short term exchange program with another workforce planner in another center. This exchange benefits the staff as well as the organizations involved.
