How To Participate!
The tool below has been created to allow members to share ideas and tips on mindfulness, wellness and even motivational quotes. We all know life can be stressful at times and we need to refocus our attention away from the causes and towards things we can do. On this page, we invite you to share some examples of how you manage and deal with challenges so that your knowledge and experience can be shared with others who may use your ideas to improve the quality of their life! The tool allows you to submit an idea or tip, one at a time, together with any images you may want to include. Once you have posted your content you will be able to resubmit more and please always do one at a time making the title a summary of the idea or tip! Example of a tip or idea (including a picture to go with it) - submitted by one of our colleagues!

1. If you upload images that are NOT yours please add a note at the bottom of the idea/tip the source of the image
2. If you are the author we will add your name as the author. If you are not the author, select NO where we ask this question and add the author's details
3. Please do not include web links within your content or promote any product or service as these will be rejected
4. Once you have uploaded content it will go through an approval process before it is shared.
5. We will ask if you are associated with our industry - if you are we will encourage you to join our association for FREE. You don't have to
