We all know life can be stressful at times and we need to refocus our attention away from the causes and towards things we can do.
On this page, we invite you to share some examples of how you manage and deal with challenges so that your knowledge and experience can be shared with others who may use your ideas to improve the quality of their life!
The tool allows you to submit an idea or tip, one at a time, together with any images you may want to include.
Once you have posted your content you will be able to resubmit more and please always do one at a time making the title a summary of the idea or tip! Please make your submission as clear and detailed as possible so others can follow your information easily and without any stress!

Morning Wake-Up Routine
Every morning before I get out of bed I take a few moments to pause. Still lying down I open my eyes slowly and take a deep breath in then slowly out. I do this as part of my mindfulness routine to calm me and prepare for a busy day. I repeat this between 4-7 times. I then say to myself "Today is going to be a great day".
Then after I am ready, I sit up and then rotate myself and plant my feet on the floor. I then take a few more seconds to breathe in and out deeply before jumping up and welcoming the day with a big smile. It doesn't matter the time of year if it's light or dark outside. I make this my daily routine!
