Complaints By E-mail
Recently we e-mailed a major airline with a complaint. Having searched their website for a suitable e-mail address and could not even find an e-mail address for customer relations, we decided to send an e-mail to ‘customerrelations@the company.com’ with the subject matter ‘Complaint’ hoping it would go direct to the customer relations department which is how their customer service center is branded. A day later their webmaster sent it back marked ‘undeliverable’ with no suggestions! Tip – set up a general mail box for any mail sent to your company so that when a customer tries to contact you they can!
