A major problem for companies these days is communication. Despite all the great technology available, little consideration is given to training staff on how to use voice mail. Today's tip is on behalf of everyone who has ever called someone only to get a standard voice mail message that tells you nothing - i.e. if they are in today or out. Sometimes you do not even get a chance to speak to someone else.
