To improve customer service I would first suggest that you make sure that you understand customer’s expectations and keep in mind that those expectations could change tomorrow. Make sure that your measurement process is a process that is going to be sensitive to those changes. Next, use your customer’s expectations to help you set your priorities. Make sure that your priorities are tracking with where the customer takes you. Finally, track your performance over time. - Jean Mork Bredeson of SERVICE 800
