How many of us travel to different countries? I guess a fair amount of us do yet what I still find today is that some major consumer brands do not develop systems to enable overseas customers to easily do business. At a trade show in LA I tried to buy something by phone. Because I live in the UK the process takes another 48 hours for credit card authorization to be received. When I questioned this I was told “it’s because international customers are manually authorized and this takes another 48 hours”! In your center don’t penalize international travelers otherwise we are driving them back to the retail outlets and away from the phone and on-line channels!
