How easy do you really make it for your customers to contact you? Pick up some of your company sales brochures and letters you send out and look at how you promote your company – do your telephone numbers stand out? Do you offer e-mail? Is your web site published? Do you have a postal address? Do you show your Twitter / FB / LinkedIn etc? Some companies just offer telephone numbers and then when you need to call them you can’t get through – this is poor service if you are a customer service department. Remember, if you don’t make it easy for customers, they will go elsewhere!
